1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must include all original tags and be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Important Notes:

  • Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.

  • The specific return address will be provided via email during the approval process.

  • Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away. We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned:

  • Custom Orders: Personalized items or special orders.

  • Personal Care: Beauty and hygiene products.

  • Safety Hazards: Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: All sales on these items are final.

6. Exchanges

The most efficient way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the current item for a refund. Once the return is processed and accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
